Educational Refurbishments
Ash Technical Services has designed, installed and commissioned numerous educational refurbishment projects.
Having experienced, skilled and efficient staff has enabled us to explore and encompass alternative construction projects such as major refurbishment works.
The most recent project undertaken involved a five-storey college building which required a complete change-of-use from teaching classrooms to specialist trades workshops for students to study electrical installations, plumbing and carpentry.
Our team completed the project within the 12 week designated time frame starting with the internal strip-out, reconfiguration of internal walls and relocation of utilities and services. This was followed by the internal fit-out including partition walls, lighting, heating, power, plastering and all associated fixtures and fittings.
The majority of the refurbishment work we have undertaken to date has been within schools and colleges where Health & Safety needs careful planning prior to the commencement of any works.
The associated health & safety requirements of these projects have allowed both our management and staff to acknowledge and understand the correct procedures needed to ensure both themselves and others are safe.
